Why should I get a "Family Phone?"

Easy access to relatives and friends in the Philippines .We know how difficult it is to get in touch with relatives and friends if they have no phone at home. They might have a cell phone but you get frustrated calling because it's always turned off.Now keep in touch anytime and for as long as you like through "family phone", you can have a phone installed at their house. Finally, you can call them, anytime, at their home.

Cost of the phone service is paid by you in the US . Basic Local services are paid here in the U.S. via your eClub bill.

You control the costs. Now you can choose to limit or block calls to cellular phones and to the provinces.International calls are blocked unless you authorize access.International call origination to the US and other countries is available via eClub Touch Card - our pre-paid calling card program.

How it Works
 
 The price and fees of the service will vary depending on your choice of service below.

You have a choice of services to control your cost:

A) Basic Service

The primary carrier will install a basic telephone line which will receive incoming calls and make outbound calls within Metro Manila or other major Philippine cities.

All direct dial calls to the provinces, cell phones (NDD calls), collect calls and direct dial International calls (IDD) will be blocked.

B) Basic Plus

PLDT will install a phone which can receive incoming calls and make outbound calls within Metro Manila or other major Philippines cities.

To control your budget and to make calls to the provinces, cell phones, to the U.S. and other countries, you can purchase the eClub-PLDT Touch Card from eClub Philippines.
The eClub-PLDT Touch Card comes in $10.00 denominations and will be shipped directly to you. You then can forward the Pin Number of the Touch Card to the Philippines for use from the PLDT phone or any phone accepting the Touch Card.
eClubPhilippines will send you a monthly invoice for payment of monthly line fees, taxes and NDD charges, when applicable
